  • Does the B2B site automatically log users off after a certain period of inactivity?

  • Yes. The website will log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. You will not lose anything in your Shopping Cart if this happens.

  • How long do items in the Shopping Cart Stay there if the order has not been submitted? Does the product Stay in the Shopping Cart even if I am not logged onto the B2B site any more?

  • Yes. Items Stay in the Shopping Cart until they are removed or the Cart is submitted.

  • What is the difference between Artist Only and Artist Full Text?

  • Artist Only searches the Artist field with a "starting with" search and Artist Full Text searches with a "like" search. For example, if you submit an Artist Only search for "Sinatra" the system will return all products where the artist name starts with Sinatra (Sinatra,Frank). If you submit an Artist Full Text search for "Sinatra" the system will return all product where Sinatra is somewhere in the artist field (Sinatra,Frank and Crosby,Sinatra).

  • Why can't I search by Configuration?

  • You can. Configuration is a secondary search. Please put your search criteria in the primary search field and choose Configuration in the secondary drop down field. The Configuration fields are: ACC, CASS, CD, DCC, DVD, LP, MINI-DC, VHS, SACD and LP.
  • When will my order be placed?

  • Your order will be in your Sales Representative's queue within twenty minutes during business hours.

  • How come when I search for Garth Brooks or Gart,Brooks no results come back?

  • The SUPERFILE database is currently designed with the last names first (example: BROOKS,GARTH). I would suggest searching for GARTH or BROOKS in the Artist Full Text search mode for the most complete list of his work.

  • Will the website work correctly with an older browser?

  • Yes but we recommend using the Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Browser. It's a free download at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx and setting your screen area to 800x600 or higher.

  • Click on the Column Headings to sort the Shopping Cart.

  • Example: Click on Artist Column Heading in the Shopping Cart once to sort the Shopping Cart ascending.
