Thank you for your interest in Super D. As Vice President of Human Resources, my biggest role is to build the team of excellent people to achieve success within the company and individually.

Super D is the only Worldwide One-Stop of CD’s & DVD’s stocking product from 24 counties in our Irvine, California warehouse. We are currently stocking over 309,000 unique titles. This includes all CD’s, DVD’s and a great selection of Vinyl in addition to 157,450 import titles in stock. Our intention is to continue to expand our “World’s Best Selection” in the future.

Super D currently employs 260 people and will finish our fiscal year in June with $145,000,000 in sales, up from $102,000,000 last year. Our sales growth can be attributed to our focused commitment to Service, Selection and Technology.

Our outstanding sales team consists of 32 salespeople selling to 1300 wholesale accounts on a weekly basis. The team is divided into six divisions to provide the best solutions for each customer type. (Indie Retail, Chain Retail, International, Special Markets, Internet Wholesale, Internet Retail).

Technology is key winning formula for Super D as it drives our efficiencies for our customers and our operations. We have a robust B2B that makes customer ordering efficient and simple. This B2B links to our inventory management and our warehouse management software using our sortation machines to produce exceptional speed and accuracy in order fulfillment. All orders received by 3:00 pm will ship the same day with an accuracy of 99.95%.

Objective: To build a sales organization of high powered professional sales people. The following sales positions are to fulfill the open areas needed to accomplish our goal of $500MM by June 2010!
